Birth Support

Every family is unique, and so every birth follows suit. Our doulas will take the time to learn about you and your wishes, philosophy, and birth preferences.

It is important to us that you, as our client, feel heard and cared for. While birth is known for being predictably unpredictable, we are there for you as a constant and dependable source of support and information.

We enter your birthing room with zero judgments or bias as part of the team you have assembled to carry you through to the moment of meeting your sweet baby.

We take great pride in working cohesively with providers and hospital staff with the utmost respect for you and the team you have assembled.

Once you welcome us as part of your team, we are available to you 24 hours a day, seven days a week!  While we cannot guarantee any specific outcome to your birth, we can guarantee that you will feel both heard and supported.  Our wish for you is for when you look back on the birthing experience, you will feel satisfied and cared for.

Our birth support includes:

  • 24/7 on-call support beginning upon the signing of the contract

  • One 2-hour prenatal visit to go over your unique birth preferences

  • Evidence-based information and resources to aid in your decision-making process, should you want them

  • Continuous in-person labor support from the moment you're ready

  • One hour-long postpartum follow-up within the first 2 weeks of going home

I want you to know what it meant to Will and I that you were there for the biggest moment of our life, and truly it was perfect and I feel like you had so much to do with that.  I don't remember a ton from that night but I just remember when you walked in thinking "ok Will is going to be fine he has Brooke" and I felt like I could fully relax and focus on myself.  And that moment was worth more than you know.  And then you gave me such a sense of confidence like I could do it."
